Appt Berlin Apartment

We had a great time during our New Year's stay in this small Berlin apartment. The location was key - close to public transport and small cafes, which made exploring the city very convenient. We were delighted to find that the apartment provided a water boiler and a coffee maker with capsules and sugar, which made our mornings so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the property owner was extremely helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the floor in the apartment was quite cold to walk on, so having some carpet, at least in the bedroom, would have been more comfortable.

It was good in general: extremely spacious room, excellent location next to public transport, shops and restaurants, tram and Centre. It was in a quiet street, I truly enjoyed that. And I was located in a nice residential neighborhood.

It was great base for travelling to Berlin, I was glad to stay there. The host was always available. It had an excellent and great setting just off a quiet neighbourhood and tram.

this city break at appt was even better than my previous berlin stay. the property owner was so helpful and made sure we got in when we couldn't open the door. instructions and tips were provided, and the location was perfect with easy access to public transport and nearby cafes. the well-stocked coffee maker was a nice touch too!

Only one small thing, the water boiler wasn't working.

We had a minor issue with gaining access to the apartment, but the owner was responsive and helped us unlock the door remotely. The instructions and tips provided made our stay hassle-free. we had a great experience at Appt Berlin.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

Conveniently located near restaurants and a supermarket. Separate night and daytime areas in the room. Amazon Fire TV available. Spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. Large bed in the living room. Nice, quiet, residential area with nearby tram access. Excellent bakery nearby.

The only thing I didn't quite like was the lack of a separate bedroom. But hey, some may still find it convenient.

Great location, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated. Fantastic amenities including free Netflix and Amazon. Fast and helpful communication from management. Useful information provided in the apartment for local services. 10/10.
